This free, family-friendly festival brings together ukulele players, musicians and music lovers from throughout the region for a full day of music, laughter, community and giving. Ten Years of Strumming for Good
SNHUGFEST has grown into a much-anticipated annual celebration of the ukulele community while remaining true to SNHUG's mission: having fun and doing a little good in our community.
For ten years, SNHUG members and supporters have used their music to bring joy to community events, libraries, senior communities, festivals and charitable causes. Through SNHUGFEST and other performances and fundraising efforts, the group has raised over $138,000 for the Ukulele Kids Club and its mission of bringing music and instruments to hospitalized children.
“SNHUGFEST X is about so much more than celebrating ten years,” said SNHUG organizers. “It’s about celebrating the people who have made this journey possible — our musicians, volunteers, sponsors, supporters and the incredible ukulele community that continues to show us what can happen when people come together to have fun and do some good.”
Sponsorship Opportunities Still Available
SNHUGFEST X is made possible through the generosity of local businesses and community sponsors, and sponsorship opportunities are still available for businesses and organizations that would like to be part of this special 10th anniversary celebration.
Sponsors receive recognition through festival promotional materials and event signage, while helping support a day dedicated to music, community and children.
