Dover, Rollinsford, South Berwick Lions Club Announces Winners of First Annual Indoor Golf Tournament

The Dover, Rollinsford, South Berwick Lions Club proudly hosted its First Annual Indoor Golf Tournament on March 28, 2026, at the NE Sports Hub in Somersworth, New Hampshire—New England’s largest sports dome.

The event brought together community members for an afternoon of friendly and spirited competition across two divisions: Range and Bay.

Taking top honors in the Range Division was Team Waterman, comprised of Christina Waterman, Heidi Corriveau, Roxann Drouin, and Micky Drouin.

In the Bay Division, Team Nichols—Grant, Tammy, Brendan, and Jon Nichols—claimed the winning title.

Participants also enjoyed a wide array of high-quality raffle prizes, along with plentiful food and refreshments. The Lions Club extends its sincere thanks to event sponsors, including food sponsor A+ Athletics and beverage sponsor Granite Hyundai. Additional support was generously provided by sponsors Nicholas Pellman (Edward Jones), New York Life (Douglas Foote), KD Twisted Metal, Kennebunk Savings Bank, Jennifer Halteman Insurance, SC Digital, and Carefree Cruises.

The numerous raffle item donors included Wentworth Greenhouse, Granite Hyundai, Carefree Cruises and More, Wellington Camping Park, All Star Mobile Hoops, Drip Bar, Nick Pellman, Deb Tobar, Armour24 Hair Salon, Embrace the Healing, Diamond Beauty Facial, and Strafford Farms.

Proceeds from the tournament will directly support the Lions Club’s ongoing service initiatives, benefiting local communities through programs focused on conservation, vision care, hunger relief, diabetes awareness and childhood cancer.

The Lions Club of Dover, Rollinsford and South Berwick is a member of the Lions Club International, which began in 1917.  Their motto is “We Serve.”  The club gathers on the 1^st and 3^rd Wednesday of each month at Cara Irish Pub in Dover.
