The Dover Holiday Parade is adding a new tradition to this year’s festivities with the unveiling of its inaugural commemorative holiday ornament, inspired by the 2026 parade theme, “Yule Be Sorry: Holiday Mishaps and Bad Decisions Tinged with Regret.” Created and sponsored by local artist Julia Nollet, the creative force behind Juno Creates, the limited-edition ornament captures the playful spirit of this year’s theme while giving community members a new way to support one of Dover’s favorite holiday
