Kayla Cyr is a New Hampshire-based business leader, entrepreneur, and community advocate with a passion for building meaningful relationships and creating positive change. With a bachelor’s degree in business and a background in behavioral healthcare, operations, admissions, business development, and organizational leadership, she has built her career around connecting people with the resources and support they need.

Kayla currently serves as Executive Director of Hearthwell Recovery in Dover and as Treasurer on the Board of the Christopher Robin Foundation, a nonprofit focused on reducing barriers to mental health and substance use disorder services. Above all, Kayla is a proud mother of two boys and believes deeply in resilience, authenticity, and community. She is passionate about advocacy, entrepreneurship, and bringing people together, and she looks forward to continuing to build strong relationships throughout Dover and the greater Seacoast community.
