Meet the youngest broker in NH, Kendall Spewock, who runs Admiral Property LLC, full of passion, ambition, and big dreams for Strafford County and surrounding communities. She has grown up in the industry and is a second-generation real estate broker. Kendall is the youngest woman to receive her real estate license in NH at 18, later becoming the youngest person to obtain their broker's license.
Tempering years of experience living as part of several family businesses, Kendall brings a unique perspective on the future of property management. Many of her peers are becoming "renters by choice" for convenience and flexibility. With a passion for supporting community growth by managing units to meet financial goals and providing residents with more at home than in typical rental scenarios.
Kendall manages landmark buildings in Strafford County and understands the developmental goals of the community and the owners.
