Passionate about electrical work with a strong work ethic.
Enjoys serving others – both residential and commercial customers in SW NH.
Eager to learn, grow, and take on responsibilities with a collaborative attitude.
Open to new processes and being coaches.
Team player with no big ego; appreciates transparency and integrity.
Skilled journeyman or about to become a licensed journeyman electrician, with plans to take the exam within a month.
Reliable, honest, and committed to high standards of workmanship.
Experienced with Service Titan, a plus.

Compensation: $75,000-$95,000/Annually (*Profit Sharing and Bonus Opportunities) Lots of leads to keep you busy!

Hours: Typically 8 AM – 4 PM, no nights or weekends; on-call emergency - rare.

Responsibilities:
Perform residential and light commercial electrical repairs, installations, and troubleshooting.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including your vehicle.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Support apprentices when needed, sharing knowledge and mentorship.
Assist in streamlining processes to improve efficiency.
Attend team meetings and training session.
Uphold company values of helpfulness, passion, and high integrity.

Qualifications:
Valid electrician license in the state of NH, ME, or MA. Apprentices close to taking their journeyman's test are welcome.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Knowledge of or willingness to learn Service Titan software.
Ability to work independently with autonomy and trust.
Strong communication skills and professionalism.
Intention to grow within the company's multi-site vision.
