Youth Program Driver – Part-Time, Flexible Hours

Hourly Pay: $20
Location: Seacoast NH & Southern ME
Job Type: Part-Time, On-Call | Typically 2-4 shifts per week | Flexible Scheduling

Arts In Reach (AIR) is looking for a compassionate, reliable driver to help transport teens to and from our free arts programs. If you're looking for meaningful work with a flexible schedule, this could be the perfect opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely drive teens to and from AIR programs in a provided van

• Create a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere during rides

• Follow routes and schedules provided 

• Communicate clearly with staff about updates or changes

• Perform basic vehicle checks before/after trips

• Uphold AIR’s values and model respect for all participants

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (3+ years accident-free)

• Can commit to being punctual, responsible, and kind

• Are comfortable engaging with teens while maintaining professional boundaries

• Are available for flexible, part-time work including occasional on-call shifts

• Can pass a background check

• Have previous experience working with youth or driving a van (nice to have, not required)
  
  NOTE: Due to insurance requirements, all drivers must be over the age of 25.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience driving a 12–15 passenger van

• Familiarity with Rockingham & Strafford County areas

• Background in youth services or community programs
