The Art Center is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Private appointments are also available by calling 603-978-6702. The New Hampshire Art Association, headquartered in Portsmouth, has created a partnership with The Art Center, owned by artist Rebecca Proctor, located in the Washington Mill in Dover. Painter William Turner will be the first NHAA artist to exhibit in January and February 2022 at The Art Center.
