Meeting Presenter; Robert N. Brown, Jr., CPA, CFE. Bob Brown is the managing partner of The CPA Solution, LLC. Founded in 2006, The CPA Solution, LLC is a consulting firm specializing in forensic accounting, litigation support, fraud prevention and detection, and fractional CFO services.
Bob is a member in good standing of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Maine Society of Public Accountants, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Bob has provided expert analysis and/or testimony in matters involving business valuations for both business owners and spouses of business owners. Bob is an Assistant Professor of Accounting at Thomas College and a former Chief Financial Officer at Eastern Maine Community College.
