Flowing fitness class of Chinese/Korean ancient movements. No- to low-impact standing/seated exercises that promote physical and mental balance, reduce stress, and aid in flexibility and mobility.
This 6-week class meets at the Seymour Osman Community Center on Tuesdays for 1 hour. Parking is free along the road or in the overflow parking lot behind the maintenance garage. The front parking spaces are assigned to residents and parking in them could result in your vehicle being towed.
