Learn about “The 4 Pillars of Creating and Sustaining a Mentally Healthy Workplace Culture” and hear from local employers about the steps they have taken to reduce stigma around mental health and substance use disorder and create cultures of safety within their organizations.
Keynote Speakers:
Kim LaMontagne is a speaker and state trainer with the National Alliance on Mental Illness and a member of the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Campaign to Combat Behavioral Health Stigma and Discrimination. She created a corporate leadership training called “The 4 Pillars of Creating and Sustaining a Mentally Healthy Workplace Culture.” Her mission is to share her lived experiences and teach leaders how to create a culture in the workplace that empowers individuals to speak openly about mental health.
Prior to joining Dartmouth- Hitchcock Health, John Broderick was a member of the New Hampshire Supreme Court from 1995 to 2010, serving as chief justice from 2003 to 2010. During his time on the Court, the Broderick family experienced the devastating impacts of mental illness in a very public way. In 2016 he helped create a public awareness campaign around the steps people can take when they recognize that they or someone they care about is experiencing mental health challenges.
