Pilates relieves stress, soothes aches and pains while shaping and strengthening muscle fibers. You will increase postural and muscular awareness that will benefit your day-to-day. This class is recommended for those who’ve never tried Pilates or who’ve taken a substantial break from their practice.
This 5-week course meets at the Seymour Osman Community Center on Thursdays for 1.25 hours. Parking is free along the road or in the overflow parking lot behind the maintenance garage. The front parking spaces are assigned to residents and parking in them could result in your vehicle being towed.
