Lift Method Meditation is an enhancement to traditional mindfulness meditation that releases anxiety and eases the flight/fight/freeze cycle. Some practitioners experience a sensation similar to a runner’s high. With practice, some can conjure up the Lift in the middle of high stress situations.
This 3-week class meets twice a week for 1 hour
