Description
Every third Tuesday of the month Harmony Homes hosts their Heart to Heart Support Group. The program begins at 5:00pm and is held at their facility at 40 Briggs Way in Durham. This is open to all families and friends of those impacted by Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia.
