Join us for a thoughtful and supportive afternoon with author and musician Mike Skinner. Mike will share from his newly released memoir and reflect on lessons learned in healing from trauma, abuse, and mental health challenges, alongside vital statistics and personal insight.

The presentation will include a short reading, music woven throughout, and time for conversation and questions. This event portion is best suited for adults. Attendees will be guided on which pages or sections to skip if needed.

After a short break, Mike will return for a relaxed live music set with art making. Guests are welcome to stay to listen or choose from our art menu to tap into their creativity.

This event is designed to be trauma-informed, choice-centered, and community-focused.
