2026 Dover Holiday Parade: “Yule Be Sorry!”

Description

“Yule Be Sorry – Holiday Mishaps and Bad Decisions Tinged with Regret”

Get ready for a little holiday mischief! The 2026 Dover Holiday Parade returns to downtown Dover on Sunday, November 29, with this year's theme, “Yule Be Sorry – Holiday Mishaps and Bad Decisions Tinged with Regret.”

Selected through community submissions, this year's theme puts a humorous twist on the holiday season, celebrating everything from tangled lights and burnt holiday dinners to awkward family gatherings and last-minute shopping disasters.

Local businesses, schools, organizations, and community groups are encouraged to embrace the theme and bring their most creative, laugh-out-loud holiday mishaps to life.

Presented by The Cochecho Friends, the Dover Holiday Parade is a beloved community tradition that brings thousands of spectators downtown each year. The volunteer-organized event is made possible through the generosity of local businesses, sponsors, and community supporters.

Want to get involved? Sponsorship and volunteer opportunities are available! Help us bring another memorable holiday celebration to downtown Dover.
