Description
Join the Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce and host Eagle Physical Therapy for our first Local Experts of the new year! Kathleen Beede, DPT, CSOMT, owner of Eagle PT will share with participants her holistic approach to healing and strengthening her patients through an individualized experience.
Through her Movement Vital Signs workshop, participants will learn how to improve how the body feels and performs now in the future. The session will go over how to maintain critical mobility in a movement restricted world and how to reduce risk of injury. If you sit a majority of the day, as most of us do, this is the Local Experts for you!
