    This annual event, sponsored by Waddell & Reed , St Thomas Aquinas High School, and Dover Adult Learning Center provides high school students the opportunity to explore potential career paths, engage with future employers and contribute to the future workforce through a speed networking format.

    Education professionals working in a chamber member school who plan to continue in their position next year are eligible.  Nominees must 1) have daily contact with students 2) employ innovative strategies to optimize student learning 3) make a positive contribution to the community by fostering civic participation among his/her students 4) demonstrate ongoing leadership in professional development activities and encourage cooperative relationships with colleagues.  A $1,000 stipend comes with the award, sponsored by Measured Progress

    A $1,000 scholarship sponsored by Measured Progress is awarded annually to a student accepted to a post secondary education institution.  Eligibility requirements: 1) student is graduating from a chamber member school 2) works for a chamber member business 3) has a parent/guardian that works for a chamber member business.
