• Human Resource Partners Hires Amy Mayo as HR Business Partner

    Human Resource Partners (HRP) has hired Amy Mayo as HR Business Partner.  Amy brings a wealth of experience, skills, knowledge and contacts to her new role.  Her areas of expertise include HR Compliance, Employee Relations, Benefit Administration, Policies & Procedures, Union/Labor Relations, Employee Career Development, Retention and much more.

    Throughout her HR career, Amy has served a variety of businesses, both large and small, from front-line to C-Suite, in a variety of industries. Prior to joining HR Partners, Amy worked for Associated Grocers, where she was responsible for the strategic development and execution of leadership and development programs, focusing on personal and professional development as well as succession planning. She led the talent acquisition and employee retention efforts, and expanded the corporate culture, which resulted in improved employee relations throughout the organization. She also streamlined processes and procedures to ensure efficient and innovative operations.

    Amy began her career working in the hospitality and service industry in Boston, M.A., where she gained skills integral to the HR profession, including exceptional customer service, attention to detail, teamwork, and dedication.  She has also shown tremendous integrity and a strong work ethic in all of her professional and personal pursuits.

    Amy earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University. She holds a Human Resource Management Certificate from The University of New Hampshire and a Senior Certified HR Professional designation from The Society for Human Resource Management. Amy is also a member of the Manchester Area Human Resources Association as well as The Society for Human Resource Management. Additionally, she is a member of Toastmasters International with both Competent Communicator & Competent Leader designations.
