Learn to be Mindful and Ease Your Holiday Stress
Are your holidays gearing up to be more chaotic than usual?
Learn how to use your breath, mind, and body as tools to be more present and peaceful, even during times of stress. Join Dover Public Library for a virtual presentation about Mindfulness on Thursday, November 19 at 6:30PM.
Mindfulness is a great way to alleviate stress, develop more creativity, and cultivate peace in your life. The practice can be added to any lifestyle and can be done anywhere.
The hour-long mindfulness workshop and guided meditation will be a live virtual event. It is recommended that attendees wear comfortable clothes and get ready for a relaxing and enlightening experience. No special equipment or skills are needed!
The program is led by Laura Klain, owner and life coach at Bud to Blossom Life Design. Klain is a Martha Beck Certified Coach, and experienced meditation instructor and workshop facilitator. She has spent many years studying spiritual and mindfulness practices. She is also the director at Hollis Social Library in Hollis, NH.
The presentation will be held online through Ring Central and registration is required to access the login information.
