START DATE: ASAP
HOURS: Part Time / Approximately 25-30 Hours Per Week / (Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon)
SALARY: $900 Bi-Weekly Salary + $250 Sign On Bonus After 3 Months Probationary Period
SUMMARY

Procure and qualify freelance photographers and videographers in expanding territories for our talent network, while defining and refining systems to promote efficiency while maintaining a high quality and vision for story telling. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Outreach and curation of freelance photographers and videographers to the company’s talent network of independent contractors
Onboarding successfully recruited independent contractors; general orientations and community introductions
Training and/or retraining of independent contractors
Further develop and manage a community of independent contractors; maintain culture
Checking in with all independent contractors prior to all weddings
Rapid response problem-solving in case of emergencies regarding potential independent contractors’ or photo booth employees’ tardiness or no-shows to an event
Be on-call for possible response to an emergency during times when not at the office while weddings are actively occurring
Request and obtain completed project files from independent contractors after weddings
Inspect project files for quality and completeness
Coordinate production efforts with post-production and customer experience teams and address issues company might have with missing or incomplete files from contractors
Managing and tracking production flow in Monday.com
Tracking production timelines to meet contractual deadlines
Audit all finished edited photos & videos from editing team to ensure quality control on deliverables
Conduct qualitative contractor audits

QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to work on weekends
One or more years experience as a professional wedding photographer and/or videographer
One or more years experience in wedding photo/video editing
Speed, accuracy, and proper grammar use mandatory
Highly organized and efficient
Exceptional and efficient communication skills
Ability to multitask
Experience with platforms like DocuSign, Dropbox, Trello, Slack, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Outlook, Monday.com, and more.
No college degree required
