    JOB SUMMARY Entry level position responsible for customer deliveries and inventory management. Excellent opportunity for advancement as Project Team support in preparing customer proposals. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Inventory Management – • Maintain Fishbowl inventory accuracy: QOH and location, minimum stock levels (use of laptop computer and scanning device required) • Optimize warehouse storage for raw materials - with part locations grouped by product lines • Transfer materials to/from the off-site storage location as needed • Work with Senior Accountant to establish set physical locations for parts in warehouse. Update Fishbowl inventory software accordingly. • Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and assist with year-end physical inventory. Work with Accounting Manager to plan cycle count schedule and assist with implementation of bar-code project. • Maintain safe, clear access in warehouse aisles at all times. Receiving Responsibilities – • Assist with unloading of container shipments. • Inspect and receive incoming raw materials into Fishbowl. Training to be provided. • Perform incoming quality inspection and confirm quantities for all vendor deliveries. Verify against purchase order quantity. Report any discrepancies to Senior Accountant. • Receive assembled finished goods internally and transfer from Test Area to Stock Location • Inspect finished goods for quality compliance (accuracy in labeling, build instructions, functionality) Report any discrepancies to Assembly Dept Supervisor. • Pack finished goods into totes or shipping boxes as required for product line. Confirm that totes contain appropriate accessories (connectors, photocells, mounting brackets as needed). Shipping / Customer Delivery Responsibilities – • Pick and stage shipments for customers. Pick list to be provided by Finance Dept. Staged inventory must be labeled with customer name, Part Numbers and Quantities. • For UPS outgoing shipments, pick materials, pack for shipping and prepare for UPS pickup through website. Packing list will be provided by Finance Dept. • Deliver customer orders, obtain signature from customer receiving representative. • Advise Accounting Manager when material levels are running low requiring re-order. Other Daily Tasks – • Daily transfer of production area trash to dumpster via freight elevator • Willingness to work overtime as needed. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or Equivalent
