The Operations Support Specialist will perform many functions critical to the daily operations of the store. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Inventory management and quality control
- Customer service, both phone and sales
- Operations support - including ordering supplies, financial reporting, and vendor management
- Sales support
- Bookkeeping and technology related tasks, including report writing.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment alongside a dedicated, community-minded, and passionate team of jewelry professionals while working in a dynamic, fun and rewarding environment.
 
Pay starts at $17/hr. and is negotiable based on experience.

Minimum Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience in sales, service or operations with a preference given to those with jewelry industry experience.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of products
- Saturday hours required.
