With a guitar, a mandolin, and their two voices, Grammy award-winning Tim O’Brien with the talented Jan Fabricius will be bringing an intimate and warm acoustic repertoire that’s at once both original and traditional. O'Brien's latest album, He Walked On is a powerful reflection of modern American society, and the tools, skills, and luck needed for life in the United States. Born out of O'Brien's many trips across America and the regional musical styles of our nation, the album addresses the social and economical questions currently facing our country. Drawing from this powerful album, as well as his rich discography of over 20 albums, this evening with O’Brien and Fabricius will be an excellent finale of our 2023 concert series.
