    How to create the right kind of culture that fosters long-term engagement.

    • Recognize basic motivation factors: leadership style, reward system, organizational climate and work structure.
    • Review the importance of performance tracking and defining results.
    • Establish ways to deliver praise and spot corrections that focuses on performance not excuses.
