A resilient workplace doesn’t happen by accident—it’s built through intentional leadership, open dialogue, and a commitment to employee well-being. This forum on resilience in the workplace brings together thought leaders and practitioners to explore the critical connections between mental health, wellness, and recovery in today’s professional environments.
Participants will gain practical insights into how stress, burnout, and mental health challenges impact performance, engagement, and retention. More importantly, the forum will highlight actionable strategies to support recovery, foster well-being, and create environments where employees feel safe to speak up, seek help, and thrive. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of why psychologically safe workplaces are not just beneficial, but essential for organizational resilience, innovation, and long-term success.
Join this conversation to strengthen your leadership approach, support your teams more effectively, and help build a workplace culture where people—and organizations—can truly flourish.
Optional AID Training: Following the program, Suzanne Weete of Dover Mental Health Alliance will conduct a free 60-minute A.I.D. (Awareness, Interaction, Direction) training session for anyone who is interested.
Human resource professionals, supervisors, and managers play a pivotal role in shaping workplace culture. This training is designed specifically for those leaders—offering tools to recognize early signs of distress, respond effectively, and embed psychological safety into everyday practices.
