With the cost of medical insurance climbing, and no end in sight, we will review benefit options that could help non-profit employers compete for talent in an increasingly competitive market. Our guest speaker Eleanor Spinazzola, Owner, E & S Insurance Services, has had the priceless opportunity to experience all aspects of the business. At 16, she acquired a position part-time at The Hartford Insurance Company and worked in all lines through college. She continued serving clients and managing agencies until creating E & S Insurance Services in 1999.
