Dover Pumpkin Stroll

Description

This fall, hundreds of glowing pumpkins will help light up one of downtown Dover’s favorite green spaces. The inaugural Dover Pumpkin Stroll takes place on Saturday, October 24, at the Joe B. Parks Riverwalk Public Garden, 400 Central Ave. Beginning at 5 p.m., visitors are invited to stroll through the garden as it is transformed with carved pumpkins contributed by members of the community. Want to be part of the display? Everyone is invited to carve a pumpkin and add it to the stroll. Pumpkins may be dropped off between 12:00 noon and 3:00 p.m. in the Orchard Street Parking Lot. Follow the posted signs from the parking lot to the designated pumpkin drop-off area, then return that evening to see the garden glowing. The Dover Pumpkin Stroll is a free community event presented by Profile Bank and organized by local nonprofit Communitively.
