Since 2009\, our yoga community has come together annually in a joyful fundraising event\, complete with heartwarming reunions\, tears of hope\, hugs and kisses! The three-hour yoga session taught by Yoga in Action faculty and other teachers in the community includes 108 Sun Salutes\, chanting\, and meditation and is open to all levels of yoga students. The 13th Annual Yoga Mala will have a different look. Our 2021 Mala will be held on February 21st and live-streamed from Rivermill Landing in Dover\, NH as well as additional remote locations. Our intention is always to bring our yoga community together around a common purpose\, to celebrate the healing gifts of yoga and to build community resilience\, together. COVID-19 won't allow us to squeeze 200 yogis together in a room\, but we look forward to cultivating the same type of energy and enthusiasm\, virtually. This year you can participate in the Yoga Mala from anywhere in the world! Options to Participate: Livestream Access: Register for $50 and fundraise! While this is an exceptional event on its own\, the Yoga Mala is ultimately a fundraiser which Yoga in Action relies on to fund nearly 1/2 of our annual budget. We ask registered yogis to reach out to friends\, family and colleagues to solicit donations to fund Yoga in Action programs.
