DESCRIPTION:Planning for life after graduation from school is challenging for anyone\, but especially for individuals with disabilities and their families. The Transition Fair brings together organizations\, speakers and resources on a variety of important topics such as work\, transitional planning\, and partnerships to help ease the planning for\, and transition to adulthood.\n\nThe event will be held on Saturday\, March 14th 2020 from 9-12 at the MSNE Regional High School & Vocational Center\, at 13 Monarch Way\, in Rochester\, NH.  Area school district representatives\, community members\, and all students with special needs and their families are invited to attend.
