DESCRIPTION:RESCHEDULED DUE TO WEATHER\n\n\n\nFigures in the Landscape Opening Mar 18\, 2023 from 5-8pm Advance registration requested at https://aplombgallery.com/figures Emerging from\, or receding into\, the landscape\, figures appear amidst a variety of settings in multiple mediums. Twenty-five artists are represented in two dozen works\, including one collaborative painting by local contemporary artists Carson Jackson and Emily Barrera. The farthest traveling work is by Canadian artist\, Judy Duggan-McCormack\, with an image transfer piece with embroidery floss hailing from Ontario. A high caliber display of work is complemented by the virtual reality (VR) exhibition\, which includes 15 additional artists on display in a digital frame. The virtual show can be viewed with a VR headset or on a browser. Three artist talks will be inside ArtGate VR during the Annual International Art Fair. On view by appointment at Aplomb March 18 through April 30.
