DESCRIPTION:The Annual Awards Gala recognizes recipients of the Business of the Year\, Volunteer of the Year\, Nonprofit of the Year\, Citizen of the Year\, and Educator of the Year. Join Chamber members and community members to honor the recipients and celebrate their achievements. This year's Award Winners are:\n\n\n\nBusiness of the Year - ConvenientMD Urgent Care\n\nNonprofit of the Year - SOS Recovery Community Organization\n\nCitizen of the Year - Matthew Mayberry\n\nVolunteer of the Year - Deborah Clough\n\nEducator of the Year - MJ Hippern\n\nLegacy Award - To Be Announced\n\n\n\nThe meal for the evening is included with your registration. There will be stationed appetizers during the cocktail hour which will include bacon wrapped scallops\, spanakopita\, and seasonal fruit. For dinner\, you have the choice between cranberry stuffed chicken\, beef with a mushroom bordelaise sauce\, or vegan stuffed mushrooms. Sides will include honey roasted carrots and rice pilaf. Dessert will be blueberry crumb cake.\n\n\n\nThis event will follow any covid-19 safety guidelines as issued by the State of Maine. In addition to the in person event\, we will be broadcasting the awards ceremony out virtually.\n\n\n\nIf you have any trouble registering\, please call the Chamber at 603-742-2218 or email events@dovernh.org.
