    Job description: Part-Time Office Manager – NYL Financial Services Office

    We are looking for a Part-Time Office Manager to support a growing New York Life Financial Service. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and enjoys keeping an office running smoothly.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage client scheduling, calls, and correspondence
    • Handle office operations, including filing and document management
    • Assist with client onboarding, paperwork, and compliance requirements
    • Provide support with special projects as needed
    Qualifications:
    • Prior office or administrative experience preferred
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Sales Force, Quicken)
    • Discreet and able to handle confidential information

    Details:
    • Part-time role: approx. 20–25 hours per week (flexible schedule)
