The 2015 Small Business Series is being offered specifically for small business owners who want to use their business to fund their retirement. The series consists of four, two-hour long workshops that will feature experts who will provide guidance and advice for how to create a standalone company that will be your strongest asset when you are ready to move on.
The Eastern Bank Small Business Series 2015 "Build Your Business to Transition Profitably" will be held on September 16, September 30, October 14, and October 28 from 8-10:00 a.m. at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital's Conference Center.

In this session, you will explore how to manage change and maximize critical decision-making skills in order to achieve your goals and set your company up for its most optimal future.
