Team effectiveness refers to the process of getting people in a company to work together effectively. A group of people working together can achieve more than if the individuals of the team were working on their own. Teamwork has a dramatic effect on organizational performance. The effectiveness of a team is determined by a number of factors and can result in incredible results when achieved.
During this 60-minute, informative Webinar Steve Wood, President, CEO and CFO of Leddy Group and Work Opportunities Unlimited and author of the popular blog Steve on Leadership along with Susannah Chance, Vice President of Human Resources for Leddy Group and a consultant for LeddyHR, will help you increase the effectiveness of your teams.
