To assist the City in making reasonable and well-planned investments in the redevelopment effort, the Riverfront Partnership prepared the attached Action Plan. This plan is intended to be a guidance document subject to modification as development opportunities arise. Additionally, many of the actions listed, although meaningful and necessary in reaching the desired goals, are intended to make the investment manageable and to maintain the momentum already established by the community.
